Gorgeous portafilter and fits my Bambino perfectly! I don't know a lot about the basket but it definitely has more holes and seems slightly nicer than the stock Breville baskets. Extraction seems on par or better as well. Would highly recommend this item and Eight Ounce!

A serious upgrade to my espresso game

With the bambino plus I am definitely getting better tasting shots, also like being able to see what is going on underneath. This portafilter is a major upgrade to the stock one, and is so easy to clean.

Hello, I have a Quick Mills Carola Evo. I believe it's an E61 group head. Will this 54mm portafilter fit? Thanks!

Hello!

Generally, 58mm Portlafilters will be compatible with an E61 Group Head. However, it is important to note that Breville Portafilters generally are only compatible with Breville Espresso Machines (and vice versa). This protafilter has three pieces that latch onto the grouphead -- one on top, two on the side. Generic portafilters will only have two of these.

Therefore, we cannot guarantee compatibility with the SAINT ANTHONY INDUSTRIES 54mm Portafilter and your espresso machine. We advise opting for a generic model 58mm portafilter!

Coffee noob here. I recently bought a Breville Barista Touch Impress to hold my hand through the coffee world as a beginner. I was wondering if the bottomless portafilter by Saint Anthony Industries (54mm) would be perfectly compatible with the Touch Impress.

Hi Sandiip,

The only information available says that it works with the Breville Touch, but nowhere specifies if it does or does not work with the Touch Impress. Nothing out there says that there is a difference in the portafilter size between the styles of Touch so you might be okay to use it on any model in that series. We do not carry that machine ourselves, so the best way to know 100% for sure would be to ask the Breville team if they have heard of any issues using that portafilter with your specific machine.
