Each order is fulfilled from our 20,000 sq. ft. warehouse. Our friendly logistics team collaborates closely with our front office to guarantee precision, efficiency, and high-quality packaging. We carefully assemble all shipments in-house to provide you with the best possible experience from the moment you order your coffee gear.

UK delivery times

Most UK orders arrive within 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, customs processing, and carrier performance.

 

Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive tracking information via email. Should you request updates on delivery, you may contact the carrier directly.   • We select the fastest and most cost-effective option automatically

  • Expedited services may be available depending on your address

Duties, VAT & import fees

UK orders may be subject to VAT and import duties depending on order value and product type.

  • Any applicable charges are determined by UK customs

  • These fees are the responsibility of the customer

  • Couriers may contact you directly for payment before delivery

We aim to make landed costs as clear as possible at checkout, but customs decisions are ultimately outside our control.

Order processing time

We aim to ship all in-stock UK orders within 1–2 business days, usually less.

Delays may occur due to:

  • UK or Canadian statutory holidays

  • Severe weather or carrier disruptions

  • Customs inspections

Rural or remote locations may take longer.

Coffee freshness

Coffee is roasted by our partner roasters and shipped fresh. Because coffee is a perishable product, it is non-returnable once shipped.

Pre-orders

If your order contains a pre-order item, the entire order will ship once all items are available.

To receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing pre-orders separately.

Brand and shipping restrictions

Some brands cannot be shipped to the UK due to distribution agreements. If a product is restricted, this will be clearly noted on the product page, or it may not appear, or appear blank.

If an order is placed in error, we’ll contact you before cancelling or refunding.

Packaging

We reuse boxes and packing materials wherever possible to reduce waste. When new packaging is required, we choose the most environmentally responsible options available.
