Free Standard Shipping & U.S. Tariff Info

We ship all orders from our 30,000 sq ft warehouse in Calgary, Canada, where our in-house team works closely across departments to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and high-quality packaging. We don’t use third-party logistics (3PL) companies because we believe in delivering the best possible experience when shipping your sweet coffee gear.

For orders within Canada under $75, a flat shipping rate of $10 applies. For orders shipping to the U.S. under $100, we charge a flat rate of $12.

For our U.S. Customers

U.S. Shipping Pause: We’re not accepting U.S. orders from Aug 26 (EOD)–Aug 29 due to new tariff rules. Please check back on Friday, Aug 29 when eligible items will return. To learn more, please see our Tariffs & Duties update.
