Square Mile Coffee - Cocatu

Hailing from the Tumba region of Rwanda, this washed lot is produced by the Cocatu Producer Group in partnership with the renowned Kinini Washing Station. Since its founding in 2007 by just 20 farmers, the cooperative has grown to include over 260 smallholders who prioritize both quality and long-term resilience, including the planting of over 30,000 new seedlings this year alone. The coffee is elegant and warming, striking a beautiful balance between bright berry-like acidity and deep sweetness. In the cup, expect vibrant forest fruit notes and a concentrated raisin sweetness, all tied together by a silky, smooth honey texture.
