This Caturra lot is a classic expression of the region, benefiting from meticulous processing: ripe cherries are rested for 12 hours before pulping, followed by a 30-hour open-tank fermentation. Grown at 1,800 meters, the coffee offers a clean and delicate profile. The cup is characterized by a bright citric acidity reminiscent of grapefruit, balanced by the stone-fruit sweetness of apricot and a refined, round finish with notes of black tea.
