We ship all orders from our 30,000 sq ft warehouse in Calgary, Canada, where our in-house team works closely across departments to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and high-quality packaging. We don’t use third-party logistics (3PL) companies because we believe in delivering the best possible experience when shipping your sweet coffee gear.

For orders within Canada under $75, a flat shipping rate of $10 applies. For orders shipping to the U.S. under $100, we charge a flat rate of $12.

Some products remain unavailable due to cross-border shipping restrictions. Orders shipping to the U.S. may experience delays due to formal customs clearance. Standard and Free shipping options remain available. Any applicable tariffs, duties, taxes, and processing fees will be calculated and billed at checkout, where applicable, and will not be collected by the carrier at delivery.

This exceptional Decaf lot comes from Wilton Benitez at Granja Paraiso 92, a farm known for its highly scientific and controlled processing methods. The Red Bourbon cherries undergo a 48-hour anaerobic fermentation in whole-cherry form before being washed and dried under strictly monitored conditions using Wilton’s custom-designed equipment. Following the natural processing, the coffee is decaffeinated using the Ethyl Acetate (sugarcane) method. This approach preserves the intense, candy-like sweetness and complex floral aromatics of the original lot, resulting in a vibrant cup that challenges the traditional expectations of decaffeinated coffee.
