A blend of Geisha and Caturra varieties, the coffee underwent an "extended fermentation" washed process that enhances complexity while maintaining remarkable clarity. Maribel and her family focus on selective picking of only the ripest cherries, which are then thoroughly washed and dried on patios for 25 days. The result is a cup defined by big, clean flavors: saturated citrus notes of orange juice and zest are balanced by the tart brightness of cranberry and elegant rose-like aromatics.
