We ship all orders from our 30,000 sq ft warehouse in Calgary, Canada, where our in-house team works closely across departments to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and high-quality packaging. We don’t use third-party logistics (3PL) companies because we believe in delivering the best possible experience when shipping your sweet coffee gear.

For orders within Canada under $75, a flat shipping rate of $10 applies. For orders shipping to the U.S. under $100, we charge a flat rate of $12.

Perfect, of course.

I use my Porlex 2, 3, 4 times a day. Sometimes more, always on the 3rd or 4th click (espresso grind). The burrs last for a long time. Finally I replaced the originals (in use since 2017) with new ones this Spring. Not surprising, they work like new. Also, 8 ounce coffee is a great company to work with-shipping was quick and they're very responsive to email questions.

Original insides cracked in my porlex tall grinder. Replaced with replacements and works like new again. Yay!

Genuine made in japan burr holder for the porlex ceramic grinder. FYI function similar to a shear bolt to prevent damage due to excessive force, in this case enabling failure of a $5 plastic over expensive ceramic burrs. And thanks to Eight Ounce Coffee Supply for being the only ones keeping this item in stock, shipped quick, genuine quality.

Just what I needed😀. It's great to get replacements instead of throwing out the product and having to buy new.

Exactly as Expected

Just like the review on the Porlex Adjusting Nut; replacing the Adjusting Nut and Burr Holder on the Porlex I used every day for years was exactly what I needed. The adjustment notches had worn too much and this part returned it to its former glory. Who knows, I may end up re-ordering it again in 4-5 years if this lasts as long as the original!
