Big, bright berry indeed!

This bean is definitely bright, vibrant, fruity, and acidic as an espresso, so if you're looking for something different, this would be it. It makes for an interesting milk espresso drink as well. Coming from drinking mostly pourover coffee, I'm not tasting as much of the fermentation in this as I would in pourover, and yet I am still very much enjoying it!
