The cherries are meticulously processed using the traditional washed method to preserve their clean, tea-like clarity before being roasted and extracted by the Onyx team into a high-quality soluble format. The resulting instant coffee is beautifully balanced, featuring elegant floral aromas of jasmine and a structured black tea base, rounded out by a gentle citrus acidity and the mellow sweetness of raisin and ripe melon
