We ship all orders from our 30,000 sq ft warehouse in Calgary, Canada, where our in-house team works closely across departments to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and high-quality packaging. We don’t use third-party logistics (3PL) companies because we believe in delivering the best possible experience when shipping your sweet coffee gear.

For orders within Canada under $75, a flat shipping rate of $10 applies. For orders shipping to the U.S. under $100, we charge a flat rate of $12.

Finca Idealista is a flagship farm for Gold Mountain Coffee Growers, a direct-trade group in Nicaragua known for pushing the boundaries of experimental processing. This specific Red Pacamara lot is a "Competition" series release, representing the culmination of years of research into Carbonic Maceration. The coffee underwent an incredibly long 272-hour fermentation in a CO2-rich environment, a process that intensifies the fruit character and enhances the mouthfeel. Grown at altitudes between 1,200 and 1,600 meters, the result is a complex and creamy cup featuring vibrant red currant acidity and exotic papaya sweetness, grounded by a rich, savory finish of brazil nut.
