We ship all orders from our 30,000 sq ft warehouse in Calgary, Canada, where our in-house team works closely across departments to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and high-quality packaging. We don’t use third-party logistics (3PL) companies because we believe in delivering the best possible experience when shipping your sweet coffee gear.

For orders within Canada under $75, a flat shipping rate of $10 applies. For orders shipping to the U.S. under $100, we charge a flat rate of $12.

This carafe is magnificent to look at is easy to handle due to being double walled, it's sleek and clean looking 5/5

Good product

Works great keeping coffee warm, and looks better than most decanters

A beautiful set piece

I really enjoy this as part of my morning ritual as it really makes a beautiful center piece for staring at in the morning. The double wall design will keep it warm and hold the dripper very well.
Even when just pouring into my Togo cup, I will use this as a nice in between charafe. A bit expensive but it's really beautiful for what it is.

Beautiful but flawed

The decanter is beautiful, I like having it in display in the middle of the table as it really elevate the visual aspect of my coffee experience. However, its rim was not designed to have a V60 like mine on it, the rim of the decanter is the same size as my V60 which forces me to be extra careful when making a batch. Additionally, the spout is too small to pour into a cup without making a mess

Not the Best for Brewing

2 Stars only because its not what I personally need it for.

If you're just looking for something to serve coffee with, this is beautiful.
If you would like to brew with it, that's another story. My ceramic V60 and Origami brewers do not fit this at all. With the V60 you feel like you have to force it in, the Origami brewer, no chance of fitting at all.

The top is simply too narrow. But like I said, if you are just using this to serve coffee/tea, its beautiful.

Great for aesthetics but falls short in functionality. Pours terribly. Can’t swirl the coffee and worst of all doesn’t fit an Aeropress or Aeropress go. Wanted to return immediately but couldn’t. If you’re like me and are ordering it from 8oz to outside CA, beware because they won’t help you with returns. My first time purchasing from here but learnt a valuable lesson!
