FUNK - Soft Signals

Soft Signals is a unique expression of the Pacas variety from Finca El Guaco in the verdant Santa Barbara region. Producer Angel Arturo Paz utilized an anaerobic washed process to develop a profile rich in warm sweetness and spice. The result is a substantive cup with deep notes of maple syrup and a distinctive root beer character, balanced by subtle hints of cinnamon and citrus that emerge from the controlled fermentation.
