Remove the protective storage cap before use. Place your portafilter on a flat surface or counter edge. Apply pressure down on the tamper's handle until the indicator is within the painted range, signaling ideal pressure for extraction.
Wipe down with a damp cloth. Do not submerge in water. Not dishwasher safe.
