An excellent Ethiopian light roast with prominent peach notes. Customers said it's 'clean, smooth coffee' with 'peach and citrus upfront' and 'bright and elegant.' Perfect for pour-over and summer brewing. Some noted tasting notes differed from website but still praised quality. Great for daily brewing with balanced acidity.

Great

The tasting notes were different when received (box vs website) but still quality. Needs some more rest to bring out the notes fully, I think, but very nice and clean cup so far.

Packaging was great and arrived so fast!

Perfect for filter brewing

Perfect for pour over - if you are not using a paper filter and a lower temp, you may have trouble brewing a clean cup. Peach flavour is easily recognizable.

A balanced washed Ethiopian

A balanced washed Ethiopia - the peach notes are not too pronounced, but its is well integrated with the other tasting notes.

Not as ‘in-your-face’ with the flavor compared to other Dak offerings, but sometimes that just what you need.
