Esayas Beriso produced this Heirloom lot high in the Oromia region. A 72- to 120-hour anaerobic natural barrel fermentation followed by shade drying at 2,300 meters produces a silky, buttery texture and intense, boozy sweetness with notes of grape soda, myrtle liquor, and cashew butter.

I've only had 1 cup through an Aeropress, and the beans haven't rested enough, but I see a lot of potential and fun playing around with this fruity and a tad strange (in a Dak kind of way) bean. Go get yourself some. YOLO.
