Very good, but not as good as 2024's

This coffee benefited from a slightly coarser grind than usual for V60, which brought out the tangy blueberry notes for me. I feel that this batch has slightly less sweetness and body than a previous year's but is still a delicious daily drinker.

I can’t rate the product itself since it is a gift. However, I am annoyed that I have a pending credit card charge for the $10.60 (for shipping I assume) which was already paid for in the purchase invoice paid by PayPal. Product arrived in a timely fashion, so I am happy otherwise.

Rest for 3 weeks to get the benefit!

I had the first cup after 10 days resting - that was a mistake! Just had my second try after 3 weeks resting; huge difference. Lots of nuance in the cup (Hario Switch), with a buttery base. makes me wonder what the espresso roast will be like. Not your typical Ethiopian, DAK really know what they're doing!

Brings the funk!

This is one of the best DAK roasts I have tried. Incredibly fruit forward while still being smooth and balanced. Have tried it as a cold brew as well and it stands up just as great.

Truly Exceptional Ethiopian

This was truly exceptional. Ethiopians (especially anaerobic naturals) just hit different in both smell and taste. There are lots of fruity notes here, and I would have no doubt ordering this again (1kg next time!).

Dak Ethiopians this year!

3rd Dak Ethiopian coffee in a row in 2025, and all 3 have been killer. Between them and September, what else can you ask for?

Berry Perfect

Don't be put off by the grape and blueberry description as this is a fine cup with a tropical but refined clean taste. I would buy this in the 1 kg size when available.
