Decent to average pourover

This is a decent cup. Really nice fragrance up front prior to grinding but in cup is just kind of average and no stand out tasting notes that are described.

Not bad for cold brew

I used this for cold brew only. It’s sweet, slightly acidic, not bitter, and has no negative flavors. I couldn’t taste strawberries, maybe that’s only for espresso.
