Edwin Norena and local smallhold farmers produced the coffees for this dark-roasted blend in Colombia. Combining traditional washed and carbonic natural cherry co-ferment processing creates deep body and complex sweetness, highlighting notes of cherry blossoms, dark chocolate, and cola.

Customers praised the bold, experimental flavor profile with distinctive funky and jammy notes. The cherry flavor comes through well. Dark roast

Listed as a light roast on eight ounce, but it's very much a dark roast. Probably a great if you're into light roasts, cherry flavour comes through.

This one has a really bold co-ferment character! If you’re a fan of "non-classic" profiles and experimental processing, this is definitely the choice for you. A total flavor bomb.
