Introducing KONFLUX, the newest and most awaited release from APAX LABS.
KONFLUX is a mineral water concentrate formulated specifically to enhance the mouthfeel and depth of your coffee. With only a few drops, immediately improve the tactile experience of your brews with a smoother, balanced flavour profile and perceptible sweetness.
KONFLUX was initially created as a limited-edition profile for the 2025 World Brewers Cup, eventually going on to be used in winning routines at the Australian National Level and World AeroPress Championships. Because of its popularity, KONFLUX is now a permanent addition to APAX LABS mineral concentrates.

Who and what KONFLUX is for:

Ingredients: demineralised water, calcium chloride, potassium chloride, sodium chloride, silica, potassium bicarbonate, sodium bicarbonate
Every APAX LABS mineral concentrate is made of demineralised water and analytical reagent grade minerals, ensuring very high levels of purity.

- Bottle size (each bottle)
- Standard: 100 ml (3.4 fl oz) (approximately 150 brews)
- Nano: 20 ml (0.68 fl oz) (approximately 30 brews)

- Shake the bottle thoroughly.
- Add 3 to 4 g/L (0.10 to 0.14 oz/33.8 fl oz) of mineral concentrate in your brew water, or add 1-10 drops directly into your brewed coffee (for a standard 200 ml/6.8 fl oz cup).
- Enjoy championship-level texture and flavour complexity!
Note: It's recommended to use demineralized water for the best control of the remineralisation process.
