This unique coffee is the fruit of a collaboration between young producers from the Young Producer Program and Sebastian Ramirez in Antioquia, Colombia. This blend of washed and mint and watermelon co-fermented coffees creates a lively and surprising cup, pushing the boundaries of what is possible in coffee with notes of watermelon, fresh mint, and citrus, supported by a beautiful roundness.

Liked this one quite a bit

Liked this one quite a bit. The mint definitely comes through more than the watermelon, so it doesn't have as much of a fruity flavour as one might expect. I liked this one most when I made a faux espresso with my aeropress, and topped it off with tonic.

For Mint lovers

Really interesting coffee. The mint is very pronounced and comes through right away. We shared it with some friends and it was a clear 50/50 split. Those who enjoy mint loved it, while others found it a bit much. There’s still some nice watermelon and citrus underneath with a smooth, but rather light body. Not something I’d drink every day, but definitely a fun and memorable coffee to try.

Nice eucalyptus finish, could have been a bit juicer and more complex on the fruit side. Easy drinking lighter profile.
