Founded by industry veteran Miguel Lamora, Atmans was born in a fifth-floor apartment after 23 years of experience in every facet of the industry. The name means "soul" in Sanskrit, reflecting a philosophy of roasting "coffees that speak for themselves" with a focus on hospitality and technical excellence.
