The Banku Dadadu is a washed Heirloom espresso coffee sourced from the Banko Dhadhato Cooperative in the Gedeb region of Ethiopia. Grown by smallholder farmers at a high altitude under a dense shade canopy, the coffee is known for its sweet and complex profile, with notes of yellow stone fruit, citrus, and brown sugar. The meticulous washed processing includes overnight fermentation in open tanks and sun-drying on raised beds to enhance its quality
